Why is there a 45 minute minimum charge?

Traveling between houses takes time, and shorter visits mean a large portion of the day could be spent on the road rather than helping clients. If your problem is resolved before the time is up, I'm happy to run some routine checks, such as network performance, digital security, and system speed tests.

This is up to you. However, payment is required within 3 days after the service via an invoice.

Do I have to pay on the day?

Same-day cancellations will incur a minimum 45 minute charge while cancellations made in advance are free of charge.

What if I need to cancel the service?
